Lifesavers.

Image and video hosting by TinyPic
Today in algebra, I was debating on what I should blog about. Well, my teacher was talking about some confusing math stuff that I still don't understand. It was very boring. One of my friends that sit next to me gave a a mint lifesaver to entertain me. I was sitting there sucking on it to past the time and I thought about how they are made. I always seem to do that when I'm eating candy. I ask myself, "how in the world do they get such wonderful tasteing things all mixed together in this little round food?" It gets me everytime. I've always wanted to go to a candy factory and find this stuff out. One day I will! Anyways, I alwso think about how people eat certain things. Like, when i eat a lifesaver I suck on it until it breaks then eat it. But I guess some people bite it right when they put it in their mouths. Some people could eat half of it then put it around their lip like a lip ring. (haha, that'd be a little weird.) It also made me think about why lifesavers are so entertaining. Because once I got that sucker in my mouth I was pretty freaking entertained. Like, I was forced to listen to what the teacher was thinkning. I could force on sucking on the candy or trying not to bite it when it got little. But then, like always, he asked me to solve a problem on the board and I had no earthy idea what to do with the bunch of numbers and letters writen up there. Math really makes me mad sometimes, like in english or sceince theres like more than one answer you can give and you can debate about why you think it's right. But in math theres one right answer. And if you get it wrong you can't talk your way into it being right. Anyways, back to the subject at hand. Lifesavers. I'm not sure what else to say about them other then they are pretty freaking awesome and I might go out and buy a big bag of them so I have something to focus on tommorow.
Well, that's my veiw on this subject. I hope I made you think a little bit.

The word "Sexy".

I'm not going to say I'm the prettiest girl ever, I have my days where I feel like complete crap. But other days I do very pretty. I don't like to fish for complimants but I enjoy getting them a lot, its always make me feel better about myself. One compliment I don't like to get, especially from a guy, is to be called "sexy". It makes me feel like a whore. Like if I'm sitting there in jeans and a tee shirt, how in the world is that "sexy"? It's just simple and plan. Like I'd understand if i was like wearing only a cute bra and some panties in front of a guy, that he call me sexy. Because to me that was sexy is all about, sex. It has sex right there in it, S E X Y. Haha, anyways, in my opinion I would much rather be called beautiful, pretty, or even cute by a guy, if they're being serious. If you call me sexy when I'm just standing there in jeans and a hoodie I would know your lieing because I wouldn't look sexy at all at that moment. If you really wanted to make me feel good about myself and be truthful about it why wouldn't you just say i look pretty? I don't think it's that complacated. I always feel ackward after being called sexy, becuase then I feel like all you want is to get in my pants or for me to send you pictures of myself. If I was called pretty or something like that, it wouldn't be ackward, unless it was from some weird nerdy kid with glasses and hair longer than mine. (jk) It would make me feel like you like me for something other then sex or your own personal porn. I'm not saying I'm self-consceince or that I need someone to tell me I look pretty. And I know that you like to be complimented about what your wearing every once in a while, atleast for the girls I do. It not only makes you feel better but it makes you feel like that 15 mintue shower or that 20 mintues on your hair that morning was really worth your effort. I know boys are like, "whatever man, your just fishing for a compliment" but we're really not. It's just that we soend so much time to look pretty and to make sure our hair is just right, and for what? Do you really think we do it for each other? No, we do it for the guys. Because I know that if it was an all girl world, none of us would wear makeup or even a bra. Atleast I know I wouldn't. Haha.
Well, that's my veiw on this subject. I hope I made you think a little bit.

Smoking.

So, as a normal 9th grader at any school, I take health. In my health class we, of course, are talking about the reasons and risk of smokers and/or tobacco users. My teacher went on and on about why it's so terriable to smoke and what it does to you body like any other teacher would. Well, as my loud and opinioned self always does, i had to speak my mind about my opinions on this subject. Yes, I know that smoking is not the most healthly thing to do in life, and I'm not saying I smoke like a pack a day, I could go 4-5 days without even one cigarette but I also believe that second hand smoke is just as bad if not worse as smoking it's self. When you smoke a cigarette you inhale all the bad shit it has in it, but you do the same when someone blows cigarette smoke into your face. I believe that America is a free country and that anyone who has an interest in smoking should be able to. I'm not saying you should be able to smoke in a restaurant next to a little 5 year old girl, but if you want to go outside and smoke, you have all rights to do that. I also think that just because we're under 18 teens should have a right to smoke. Just because we're younger and stuff doesn't mean we shouldn't have the same rights as an adult. I have been drealed since I was 6 years old to not smoke and how bad smoking is for you. I know all the facts and I know it's not the greatest thing to do but it's also my choice and my body I'm dealing with. I'm not the type of person that would sit there and blow my smoke in your face to be funny, because I know that it's not. If you choose not to smoke thats your choice and I repect you for that, your a much better person then myself. I'm also not going to sit there and ask you over and over again if you want a cigarette or tell you your not "cool" because your not smoking with me. I view life like this, (btw I got these words and this idea from one of my friends but I also believe it) everyone will die one day, I know you don't want to hear it, but it will happen. Eating healthly, exercise, not doing drugs or alcohol, and not smoking is just a prevention of death. If you eat 6 doughnuts everyday of your life, you will most likely be fat. Well, from being fat you can get a heart diease or have a stroke, there's death right there knocking on your door. Okay, let's say you 45 and have never drank a sip of alcohol or smoken one cigarette in you life. You eat heathly food. You exercise for 60 mintues a day. One day, you have a heart attack. Your told your heart is failing and you have 60 days to live. Well, all that happen even when your heathly. Like I said everyone is going to die some day. Yeah, smoking can shorten you life, just like eating fatty foods everyday or drinking obessively. But I think that your given this one life and this one change to live your life to fullest. I don't think that shouold be wasted on worrying about smoking or eating the wrong thing. If you want to smoke a cigarette, go for it! If you want to eat 6 doughnuts daily, eat away! Don't spend your life worrying about things you can't change, such as death.
Well, that's my view on this subject. I hope I made you think a little bit.
